I sure wish the listing agent or seller would stage it.....could look so elegent and staying with the mid-century. And there are several GREAT stagers in the LA area.....just sayin!!

Hi Kathy- I agree that this house could definitely use staging. It could also use a price reduction of $200K+!! I'm guessing that's why the listing agent hasn't spent the money to stage it. She does stage alot of her listings but she needs to get a price reduction on this property before she's going to see any offers. That can be a problem with trust sales. Too many owners wanting to get their hands on cash that really isnt there.
