Amazing modern mid-century home - no, I take that back, it is stunning! I have seen a lot of modern mid-century's here on the rain but this one looks like it was built last year!
pretty nice, eh? The first week it was on the market it got a full price cash offer. The deal fell apart over $10K in credits/repairs. I'm not the listing agent but if I were I'd have wanted to shoot somebody!
