If I was in your market I would be looking at this one. There may be room to flip but I imagine someone looking for a steal to live in would like it as well.

Hi Charles- there were multiple offers on this one in a heart beat- no surprise there.  I imagine the end buyer will owner occupy it. i will be curious to see the final sale price when all is said and done.
